The ACCESS Project Project Board Meeting (06.12.2024)

On December 6, 2024, the ACCESS Project Team held a Project Board Meeting (PBM) with all project board members. This PBM was the final to conclude all the project implementation. As the project comes to an end, the discussion focused more on project achievements, project sustainability, and asset handover. The Project Team also sought the board's approval on several matters.

ACCESS project has completed all technical and non-technical works in Indonesia and Timor Leste. 22 Solar Power Plants (PLTS) in 4 Provinces and 7 Solar Water Pumps (PATS) in 3 Municipalities have been functioning and impacting the community. Other aspects such as capacity and institutional building have been implemented to support renewable energy infrastructure.

On this occasion, post-project sustainability was discussed in depth, concerning about strategies and seek support from various parties to ensure and monitor the implementation. The project board emphasized sustainability

Reports on the financial status and asset handover process were also discussed to update the project board. In the final period leading up to project closure, all board members and the project management unit strengthen collaboration and work so that project closure can be carried out thoroughly without any shortcomings.
