ACCESS Awarding

The ACCESS Awarding held as a part of the ACCESS Project Closing Event on December 4-5. ACCESS Awarding is an appreciation to the best villages or individuals in certain categories. There are 7 categories ACCESS Awarding and divided for Indonesia and Timor Leste.

ACCESS Awarding categories and assessment:

1. UPLD Terbaik
Village Electricity Service Unit/UPLD with the best payment, good application of clear credit, Completefinancial records with reporting/publication mechanisms, as well as active involvement and clarity of division of roles between LO (Local Operator).

2. BUM Desa Ter-loyal
BUM Desa with the most relevant electricity utilization, large or consistent business growth, balanced gender involvement, and good BUM Desa ranking improvement

3. Desa Terkeren
Villages with the best implementation of electricity management in accordance with village regulations, the most active village government involvement in solar PV power plant management including capital participation, and innovative electricity utilization.

4. Operator lokal PLTS terbaik
Local operator with the best participation in training, the highest test score, and the most active participation in LO forums, as well as showing a good and prominent understanding of solar PV power plants components and working systems.

5. BUM Desa Ter-favorit
The BUM Desa that inspires the most and receives the most votes at the ACCESS Project closing event

6. Best Solar Water Pump Operator (Timor Leste)
The most communicative local operator who regularly maintains the Solar Water Pump and understands its problems and components.

7. Best Community Engagement (Timor Leste)
Village with the most helpful solar water pump ownership
