Request for Proposal (RFP) Consulting Service for Design and Construction Supervision of Solar-PV Off-Grid System
Through the ACCESS Project, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Indonesia invites national and international consultant companies to provide consulting service for design and construction supervision of solar-PV off-grid system that will be build in 23 areas in East Nusa Tenggara, South East Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, and Central Kalimantan with the total capacity of 1.2 MW. The project is a cooperation between UNDP Indonesia and the Indonesia Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agenct (KOICA) to improve the electricity access in Indonesia.
The program is expected to provide electricity to 23 villages without electricity access or those with inadequate self-subsistent electricity. The success of the program will help the government to reach the national electrification ratio target, especially in rural area, and increase the portion of renewable energy in the national energy mix.
The request for proposal for the consulting service for design and construction supervision of solar-PV off-grid system was published at KOMPAS and The Jakarta Post on 7 July 2021.
