ACCESS Project Business Plan Competition
The ACCESS Project will hold a Business Plan Competition in Renewable Energy (BPCRE), a competition for all active D3/D4/S1 students in Indonesia to create a Business Plan that can be used by rural communities. These communities previously lacked access to electricity but will soon have access to 24/7 electricity, albeit in limited capacity.
This competition will serve as a platform for active D3/D4/S1 students across Indonesia to channel their ideas, creativity, and business interests related to the availability of electricity access. It aims to assist rural communities in developing businesses in line with the local context. In this competition, participants can choose from four business categories for development: food and beverages, services, eco-friendly products, and local handicrafts. Registration for this competition is free.
There are several stages that participants must go through:
1. Participants need to register by filling out the provided Google Form: https://bit.ly/PendaftaranBPCRE.
2. Participants must submit their proposals and pitch decks based on the provided template to the Google Form: https://bit.ly/PendaftaranBPCRE by November 15, 2022 the latest. These proposals and pitch decks will be evaluated, and the top eight will be selected, with a maximum file size of 1 GB.
3. The eight groups that successfully pass the initial selection will have the opportunity to attend an online workshop for business plan development.
4. The eight groups that have attended the workshop will present their business plans to a panel of judges in the second stage, which will take place on November 29, 2022, in person at:
SDG Academy Indonesia, Jl. Teluk Betung No.33, RT.4/RW.1, Kb. Melati, Kecamatan Tanah Abang, Kota Jakarta Pusat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 10230.
5. All accommodation and transportation expenses for the second stage are the responsibility of the participants.
